The check in was easy and the staff really attentive and helpful to everything we needed with short response times. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. At the first floor they have a washing machine and dryer that you can use for a couple hundreds of Yens. However, it is important to mention that being as near as it is to the party scene of shibuya, it can be quite noisy at night and the space is limited for 4 persons, not recommended for families but absolutely for young people who are looking to experience the night scene that this city has to offer.
