Check the total
Confirm that the room discount appears and the cleaning fee remains unchanged, then continue to secure payment by Stripe.
Seasonal coupon policy
Every condition attached to the offer must be satisfied. The checkout calculation is the final confirmation of eligibility and price.
Room discount only
The coupon applies to the eligible room subtotal. Cleaning fees are not discounted and remain visible in the checkout breakdown.
Eligible direct bookings
The code applies only to participating TokyoStays properties and eligible dates booked through the official direct checkout.
One coupon per reservation
Only one coupon code can be applied to a reservation. A seasonal coupon cannot be stacked with another coupon.
Dates and minimum stay
Booking dates, stay dates, participating rooms, and any minimum-night requirement must meet the active offer conditions.
Availability is not held
Copying a code does not reserve a room or hold a rate. Availability and pricing remain live until checkout is completed.
Confirm before payment
If the expected discount is not shown in the final checkout total, do not complete payment. Contact TokyoStays for assistance.
